The contractor will replace the existing roofing at two repeater sites. At the Elkton Repeater, the work includes demo and removal of the existing top layer coat and GRP down to the plywood decking, inspecting and repairing the decking as required, and installing new EPDM adhesive to the decking, followed by interlocking rubber pavers, and 24-gauge galvanized metal flashing around the roof perimeter. At the Spalding Repeater, the work includes demo and removal of the drip edge and existing top layer coat down to the plywood decking, inspecting and repairing the decking, installing new EPDM, rubber pavers, and a new drip edge, and installing flashing around the roof perimeter. Paver color can be black or brown.
