The contractor shall provide a Preventative Maintenance Package for the maintenance, calibration, upgrade, and repair of 150 marine digital motion-compensating scales (140 JBT Marel M1100/PL2262 and 10 JBT Marel M1100/PL3260), with an optional line item for up to 50 additional scales. Tasks include electronics and control head testing, serial port and Bluetooth communication testing, load cell testing, installation of Bluetooth power supplies, replacement of necessary parts, alignment and adjustment, corrosion removal, calibration, overload testing, and motion testing. All bench testing and service must be performed by Marel-certified technicians to factory specifications. Deliverables include serviced and calibrated scales, calibration/test results, and monthly progress reports.
