The contractor is responsible for supplying hydrogen to the NWS office at 1362 State Route 10, Lincoln, IL 62656. Deliveries must be made weekly, replenishing hydrogen to 2,352 CF and removing empty cylinders. The contractor must coordinate delivery schedules with the NWS, provide evidence of delivery via signed receipt, and comply with safety and security rules. Additional unscheduled deliveries may be required within two business days. The contractor must provide Safety Data Sheets and ensure minimal interruption to Government operations.
