The Contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to restore and modernize the Upper Air Buildings at WFO Atlanta, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami. Tasks include initial inspections and site preparation, cleaning and surface preparation, structural and envelope repairs, sealing and painting, power and lighting system upgrades, and final clean-up and compliance. The contractor must also provide designated personnel, including a Project Manager and Onsite Manager, and submit various deliverables such as a Safety Plan, Emergency Plan, and progress reports.
