The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for business cards and envelopes as described in this Request for Proposals. Products shall be provided in the types, styles, sizes, and specifications detailed in Appendix A of this Request for Proposal. The selected vendor(s) shall meet established quality standards and delivery requirements to ensure consistent and timely access to these products statewide.
