The Buyer must perform all logging functions in a professional manner, including making stump cuts no greater than 12 inches above ground level, avoiding damage to non-designated trees, using designated landing sites and roads, restoring and seeding sites per Department standards, managing waste and spills, and complying with all state and county laws. An Erosion and Sediment Control Permit must be approved prior to harvesting. The Buyer must provide a list of harvesting crew member names and references for Department approval before work begins.
