The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement Delaware Technical and Community College’s need for DTCC2711 – LAWN: Collegewide Lawncare Services as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to insure Delaware Technical and Community College receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. The selected contractor(s) shall maintain lawns, landscaped areas, and other designated grounds in a manner that promotes safety, appearance, functionality, and the overall quality of the College’s campuses. Services are to be provided at multiple campus locations including Owens Campus (Georgetown), Terry Campus (Dover), Stanton Campus (Newark), George Campus (Wilmington), and others. Additional services such as mulch installation, shrub/tree trimming, leaf removal, emergency/storm cleanup, aeration/overseeding, fertilization, weed control, and tree removal may be requested.
