The selected vendor(s) will deliver in-person Multi-Tiered Systems of Support services for middle school Mathematics, including one-on-one or small group instruction, for Christina School District students in Grades 6-8. Services must be 100% in-person, with no virtual or online options. The contractor must demonstrate administrative capacity to manage recruitment, vetting, hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance monitoring. Instruction must be differentiated to accommodate diverse learning styles, including Multilingual Language Learners and students with exceptionalities. The contractor is responsible for providing qualified substitutes in the event of callouts. The vendor must conduct initial diagnostic assessments, maintain stakeholder communication, collaborate with school staff, participate in quality assurance evaluations, and ensure staff are certified in the content area with cleared background checks.
