The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for this project which will include design and construction of a pathway along Cedar Neck Road from the canal to Hickman Road. The proposed pathway will improve safety and mobility for bikes and peds. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. The work includes pervious bituminous asphalt pavement for shared use paths and sidewalks, pervious PCC for sidewalk and shared use paths, geotextile for permeable pavements, adjusting and repairing existing sanitary manholes and cleanouts, construction engineering, electronic ticketing, traffic officers, partial removal of concrete pole bases and cabinet foundations, and other items as detailed in the special provisions and plans.
