The selected firms will provide professional services including architectural, structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design for Minor Capital projects administered by OMB. Services include multiple preliminary drawings, civil engineering, landscape design, detailed cost estimating, conformed documents for construction, as-designed record drawings, as-constructed record drawings, coordination of the Owner's consultants, telecommunications/data design, commissioning, and historic preservation. The Architect will also perform life cycle cost analysis, prepare construction cost estimates, review contractor submittals, conduct walkthroughs, and provide monthly written reports. The contract is for Fiscal Year 2027 with annual renewal through Fiscal Year 2029.
