The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call communication tower inspections, assessments, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and storm-related services for communication tower sites supporting critical public safety communications infrastructure.
The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor at fixed, agreed-upon contract rates, allowing CEMA to request routine, corrective, emergency, and storm-related tower services on an as-needed basis without requiring a separate quotation process for each individual service request.
The resulting contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms, subject to mutual agreement and County approval.
For additional information regarding these specifications, vendors shall contact Ms. Sabrina Tippett, Assistant Purchasing Director, only through the County's Purchasing Portal. Vendors shall not contact CEMA or any other County department directly regarding this solicitation.
