BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) is seeking to hire a consultant to provide and perform constructability review, value engineering, construction management and contract administration services in accordance with the Caltrans Construction Manual and Caltrans Standard Specifications and Plans for the West Oakland Link (WOL) Project. Construction management and contract administration services include, but are not limited to, review of construction progress and progress payments, change management, field review and coordination, review of contractor submittals, and contract item work inspection.
