The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Transportation (DDOT) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications from architecture and engineering firms interested in providing support for the 2027 update of moveDC, the Districts long-range statewide transportation plan. Support services will include but are not limited to providing project management support, reviewing background materials, analyzing and updating existing conditions, updating and creating priority network maps, and providing public outreach and engagement support to build upon existing District-wide long-range plans.
There will be no pre-submission conference for this project.
