Room 103, City Hall Building, 235 Grand Street, Waterbury, Connecticut 06702 until 10:30 a.m. on October 28, 2026 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after 10:30 a.m. on the day the bids are to be opened.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid Information Session at the Cass Gilbert Meeting Room, 1s t floor, City Hall, located at 235 Grand Street, Waterbury at
10:00 a.m. on October 6, 2026. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting by a representative of each Bidder is recommended.
