The Architect/Engineer will provide Basic Services for the replacement of the existing Simplex MAPNET FACU hardware with a Simplex 4020 Simplex IDNET fire alarm network at Four Mile Correctional Center, a 121,948 square foot facility with 27 buildings. The project includes addressing current operational issues such as multi-generational networked fire alarm panels, non-networked panels, electrical shorts, ground faults, programming issues, and broken detectors. The project will follow a Design / Bid / Build (DBB) approach.
