FY27 GAE RFA - Neuropsychological Evaluations
RFA information has been updated for New Fiscal Year 2026. Vendor that applied for Fiscal Year 2025, pricelist will be honored through June 30,2025, but will need to re-apply for the upcoming Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2025.
Vendors will provide neuropsychological evaluations in a timely manner as needed and requested by the courts or Forensic Services. Services are to be performed at the CDHS - OCFMH - Ft. Logan Campus, Pueblo Campus, an inpatient setting, and/or out in the community within the state of Colorado, for Forensic Services Division clients including those found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. The contract is for one year plus four optional one-year periods, starting July 1, 2026.
