FY 27 RFA for Forensic Evaluations
RFA information has been updated for New Fiscal Year 2026. Vendor that applied for Fiscal Year 2025, pricelist will be honored through June 30,2025, but will need to re-apply for the upcoming Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2025.
The contractor will conduct forensic evaluations including competency evaluations (adult and juvenile), sanity/mental condition evaluations, provide testimony and court appearances, and handle no-show occurrences. Evaluations may be conducted via video or in-person at various locations including inpatient, bond, in-custody, and hold & wait settings. The contractor must submit a rate sheet with proposed fees per evaluation type, and travel expenses require pre-approval with a cap of $1500 per occurrence.
