The vendor will furnish and deliver locally and non-locally grown fresh fruits, raw vegetables, both bulk and IW, to the delivery sites specified in the Delivery Location document. Deliveries are accepted Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, with orders placed a minimum of 3 business days prior. The vendor must have an On-Farm Food Safety and/or HACCP Plan in place and provide documentation. Pricing must be submitted in two parts: raw food cost and delivery cost, with delivery FOB Destination. The contract is for one year with potential renewal for four additional one-year terms.
