3440-CPW WILDLIFE HEALTH INFORMATION DATA BASE

The vendor will design, develop, test, and implement a Wildlife Health Lab Information Database for the State of Colorado. The database must help CPW effectively organize, manage, and store all data and information associated with diagnosing, monitoring, and researching diseases in wildlife across Colorado. The vendor will also provide ongoing support, including a 31-day contingency period post-launch, and then monthly firm fix price invoicing of 50 hours per month for technical maintenance, database projects, and feature enhancements. The vendor must provide fees and costs for the initial phase and ongoing annual costs, including hourly or flat rate fees for development, testing, resource hours, and maintenance changes.
