Modification #1 - Addition of Addendum 1 Pre-Bid Sign in sheet, Attachment 2b Detailed Cost Sheet and Pre-Bid Meeting Notes. All else remains the same. The purpose of this Advertisement for Bids (AFB) is to solicit proposals from qualified individuals and firms to construct three (3) of the Mt GOAT network sites. Three air monitoring shelters have already been purchased for this project. Each site shall include the installation of a cement pad and walkway built to State approved specifications. The site locations include the Adams Birch Street Site (7305 Birch St, Commerce City, CO 80022), the SACWSD Pump Station Site (80th Ave and Jasmine St, Commerce City, CO, 80022), and the Eastwood Heights Park Site (17th St and Beaumont St, Pueblo, CO, 81001). The contractor shall construct three (3) MT GOAT network sites. Work includes installing cement pads and walkways to State approved specifications, providing electrical power (100-200 A, 120 V, 50/60 Hz) to pre-purchased air monitoring shelters, installing security fencing (standard 6' chain link at Adams Birch Street; 8' tall mini mesh/non-climbable chain link with 45-degree overhang at Eastwood Heights Park), and installing parking spaces at the Adams Birch Street site. The contractor is responsible for transporting and installing the pre-fabricated shelters onto the cement pads and anchor points, including crane work at Adams Birch Street and off-road forklift work at the other two sites. Site-specific work includes removing a portion of existing fencing at Adams Birch Street, installing a minor swale for drainage at all sites, and leveling terrain at Eastwood Heights Park. The contractor must coordinate access with CDPHE staff and provide 24/7 site access for APCD staff.
