The contractor will provide regular security updates, maintenance, digital accessibility compliance, and backups for www.historycolorado.org and www.coloradoencyclopedia.org. They will maintain the web ecosystem including AWS hosting, complete special projects such as addressing digital accessibility issues, designing 2-3 new internal page templates, restructuring venue and exhibition pages, assisting with content migration, migrating both websites to the State of Colorado AWS system, and addressing broken links. The contractor will also provide consultation, a regular monthly service plan, weekly meetings, and ensure seamless transition of URL redirects.
