The Construction Manager at Risk will provide services for the renovation of the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th floors of the Criminal Courts Administration Building (CCAB), a building completed in 1978. The scope includes developing preliminary and final acceptance procedures, managing the close-out process, facilitating record drawings and operations manuals, and managing subcontractors. The CMAR will also be responsible for binding subcontractors and material suppliers to contract provisions, and for procuring insurance and surety bonds as required.
