The Authority is requesting quotes from qualified, licensed, and insured Contractors to provide
Preventive and On-Call Drain Cleaning and Sewer Maintenance Services as specified in the enclosed documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract with the Authority for a period of one-year beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a recommended, but non-mandatory, pre-quote conference held on
July 29, 2026 at 10:00 am at the administrative offices located at 24 Mystic Street, Methuen, MA 01844
The successful bidder will provide preventive and on-call drain cleaning and sewer maintenance services as specified in the enclosed documents, under a one-year contract beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
