Pre-Bid Conference: A site visit will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The site visit will commence at the Goodnow Library, then proceed to the Alan F. Flynn Building and conclude at the Fire Station Headquarters.
The designer's scope includes preparation of complete construction documents, technical specifications, bid documents suitable for public bidding, comprehensive construction cost estimates, an estimate of anticipated professional fees for future phases, and bidding and construction administration services.
