The selected manager will manage and market two jointly owned billboard structures and a water tank to generate revenue from the sale of outdoor advertising space on the billboards and the water storage tank. Revenue from advertising space shall be apportioned between the manager and the Town. The water tank is subject to a permit for outdoor advertising issued by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) Office of Outdoor Advertising. The water tank is a 0.5-million-gallon tank located at approximately 81 Washington Street, Foxborough, Massachusetts 02035, along Route 1 South, opposite Gillette Stadium. The initial contract term is ten (10) years with three (3) independent options to extend for five (5) years each at the Town's discretion.
