The Owner's Project Manager will assist the City of Boston in managing the feasibility study and schematic design phases of the Madison Park Technical Vocational High School project involving design, construction, demolition, addition to and/or renovation. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing participants, providing timely recommendations, performing cost estimating, value engineering analyses, constructability and scheduling analyses, and monitoring timely resolution of issues that could impact schedule or costs. The top-ranked firm will be invited to enter a contract for a negotiated fee for feasibility and schematic design, which may be amended for design, bidding and construction through completion and occupancy if MSBA funding is approved.
