Selected institutions will design new co-op programs for implementation in the 2027-2028 academic year, including a defined academic program model, preliminary employer and academic partnerships, a student recruitment strategy, and a measurement and reporting plan. Grantees must complete a final design deliverable and interim deliverables such as a midpoint performance report and a scope of work. They must also share interim and final reports, data on program outcomes, and best practices among peer institutions.
