The contractor will administer roughly 25 exams per year on demand at testing facilities across the Commonwealth, with at least one site in the greater Boston area and one other regionally placed location for Land Surveyors, offered at minimum monthly. The contractor must provide a sufficiently staffed, toll-free call center for candidates five days a week operating at least 9 hours per day, coordinate with the Agency to administer computer-based testing, record applicant scores and notify applicants of licensure application standing, electronically transmit licensee results and demographic information via API, and participate in hand-off activities upon contract termination. The contractor will also be responsible for securing the question bank, scoring the exam, and collaborating with the Board on regular updates regarding exam questions.
