HLC will fund hundreds of new affordable rental units and help preserve existing affordable units through this NOFA. Projects will be evaluated on green, carbon-reducing, sustainable, and climate resilient aspects, as well as total development costs. Sponsors may request project-based vouchers from the MRVP program, and applications must be submitted via the new Housing OneStop GMS.
