The contractor must furnish all necessary equipment, labor, parts, materials, supervision and other support services to remove and dispose of the existing air compressor, all associated piping and wiring confined within the room, and install a new Atlas Copco GA5FF 5.5kW Oil-injected screw compressor with integrated dryer, all new copper piping, a 70 CFM Oil/water separator, an Oil Coalescing Filter, an electronic timer drain with basket shutoff valve, and a new service disconnect. The contractor must return the systems to full operation and ensure the compressor meets MA code.
