Methuen Readiness Center Parking Lot Concrete and Asphalt Repair (MA National Guard)

The Contractor shall furnish all material, labor, and equipment to repair designated concrete walkways to ensure ADA compliance, crack seal the entire lot, and seal coat and repaint lines and pavement markings in the front lot at the Methuen Readiness Center (679 Lowell St, Methuen, MA). Work includes installing new concrete walkway sections comprising approximately 850 sq ft, cutting areas square, excavating, regrading gravel and compacting base, installing concrete walks using 4,000 PSI concrete mix with 3/4th stone and 7% air entrainment, fine grading and broom finishing. The contractor will remove and reset impacted 6" bollards and larger round bollards as determined by CFMO. Approximately 200 linear feet of fast setting epoxy caulking for sidewalk expansion joints will be installed. Four designated detection panels along the sidewalk will be replaced to meet ADA standards. Pavement crack sealing of approximately 12,000 linear feet of cracks (1/4" to 1 1/4" wide) will be performed using Poly-Fiber Reinforced joint sealant. Seal coating and repainting of approximately 125 standard parking spaces, 6 handicap parking spaces, 5 hash marks, and 4 arrows will be done in the front lot only.
