Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid site visit will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00 am. The gathering point for the site visit will be in the lobby of the Administration Building at the Brockton Campus.
The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits and supervision required for the Fine Arts Building Theater Lighting Replacement Project at the Brockton Campus. New work shall include, but not be limited to, the removal of the existing lighting system, controls, and electrical and data components, and replacing and/or upgrading them with new lighting, controls, data and electrical distribution for the theater space.
