The Veterans' Home in Holyoke, a state agency in Massachusetts, is seeking qualified vendors to provide proposals for personal laundry services for veterans residing at the Veterans' Home in Holyoke. Services will begin October 1, 2026, during a transition from the current 128-bed facility to the new 234-bed facility. The awarded vendor will furnish three cinchable polyester bags per veteran at no extra cost, provide a written description of laundry practices, use fabric manufacturer's recommended cycles and temperatures, follow CDC/CMS recommendations, collect bagged laundry from designated areas three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), and return clean laundry to residents' rooms or designated locations on the next scheduled pickup/delivery day. The vendor must support changing pickup/delivery locations and resident census during the transition from the current facility to the new facility.
