MassDEP is seeking to establish a list of pre-qualified consulting engineering firms off of OSD's PRF77 Statewide Contract Category D5 - Permitting and Reporting - Water and Wastewater ) and Category F - Environmental Strategy ) to provide the Department with services from specialized engineering consulting firms with experience in drinking water infrastructure.
Firms on the pre-qualified master list will be assigned to conduct surveys of up to 42 Public Water Systems (PWS) assigned by EPA. The work includes visiting and inspecting drinking water infrastructure components, interviewing PWS personnel, gathering supporting documentation, reviewing capital improvement plans, completing EPA survey forms, and submitting all back-up documentation to MassDEP for review and approval.
