The Department of Youth Services desires to competitively procure one (1) pre-independent living program to serve females from all five DYS Regions, as needed during the life of the contract. This program will serve 5-11 youth, provide a safe and supportive placement primarily for older adolescents and emerging adults, and have on-site support of caring adults.
Pre-Bid Conference: DYS will not be hosting a Bidderâ??s Conference for this RFR. Please submit all questions that you have for this procurement to Phillip Davis at phillip.w.davis@mass.gov.
