The operator provides travel and visitor information services at no charge, staffs the facility daily 9am-5pm, performs daily walkway cleaning, supplemental restroom cleaning with supplies, waste consolidation and visitor counting, while MassDOT performs routine building systems maintenance, grounds work, snow removal, utilities and daily sanitary cleaning.
