The contractor must provide integrated pest management services for Corrigan Mental Health Center and three state-operated group homes. Services include monthly inspections and treatments for crawling insects (ants, cockroaches, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, beetles), flying insects (flies, mosquitoes, wasps, moths), rodents (mice, rats), occasional invaders (centipedes, millipedes, crickets), and specialty treatments (termites, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, birds, bats) as needed. The contractor must be on call for emergencies with a 24-hour response time. Service locations include exterior perimeters, entry points, kitchens, break rooms, rest rooms, mechanical/electrical rooms, storage/janitorial areas, office areas, dumpsters, and trash enclosures. Methods include integrated pest management, non-chemical methods where possible, baiting systems, and sealing cracks/crevices. The contractor must provide service reports after each visit, annual trend reports, health and safety compliance logs, and train onsite staff on pest prevention upon request. The contractor must provide all tools, materials, and equipment, and maintain confidentiality and safety standards.
