DFSAG RFI Integrated Cloud-Based Software Platform Solution (AMS, LMS/TMS) for MFA
The RFI seeks market information to help develop a potential future solicitation for a full-scale platform solution capable of supporting all activities of the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy, including but not limited to certification tracking, multi-campus scheduling, compliance reporting, workflow mapping, equipment and resource scheduling, and data management, while maintaining an independent learning and training curriculum. The solution is intended to support MFA's three campuses—Stow (primary), Springfield, and Bridgewater—as well as up to 400+ remote locations across the Commonwealth, under Commonwealth procurement standards and an 18-month project timeline.
