RFR 27-102 State Aid Review Facilitator

The Facilitator will lead the State Aid to Public Libraries Review Committee in a detailed review of the program, including scheduling and conducting a minimum of six meetings between August and November of the contract period, compiling notes, reviewing program elements such as the Municipal Appropriation Requirement (MAR), MAR Waiver process, Materials Expenditure Requirement, Hours Open Requirement, and other aspects, and reporting findings and recommendations to the Board of Library Commissioners. The Facilitator must be able to travel to Committee meeting locations around the Commonwealth and present findings at MBLC meetings.
