ANF - Fox Pro Migration
The vendor must migrate 199 FoxPro modules (approx. 43,276 lines of code) to C#.NET Web APIs, with no UI/front-end migration. All associated Visual FoxPro tables will be migrated to SQL Server; existing SQL Server tables that do not require modifications will remain unchanged. Schema changes are permitted only where required to support migrated logic. The vendor must account for all interdependencies between modules. The migrated solution must support both scheduled (batch or job-based) and standalone (on-demand) execution. The vendor must use AI-assisted legacy code translation and modernization.
