The work is general construction for a new senior center procured under M.G.L. Chapter 149, with a prequalified general contractor and filed sub-bidders in trades including miscellaneous metals, waterproofing, dampproofing and caulking, roofing and flashing, glass and glazing, acoustical ceiling tile, resilient floors, painting, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
