Chelmsford DPW is seeking proposals for design of the Vinal Square Safety Improvements Project. This advances the design from 25% to 75% design submission to MassDOT, through 100% including CA services. Proposals will be received 11:00 am 8/19/2026 at 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824.

The scope of the project includes a complete streets design, providing sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes, and improved signalized intersection as well as other improvements to enhance pedestrian and bike flows and improve traffic flow.
