The work of this project in Springfield, Massachusetts includes, but is not necessarily limited to, Fire Alarm Upgrades (T24A): The scope of this work is upgrading the existing fire alarm system at the MMC. BMS Upgrades (T26A): The scope of this work is upgrading the Building Management System at the MMC. The work generally includes a new front-end system including but not limited to removal of all existing controllers and equipment associated with the antiquated head-end system.
Pre-Bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026, starting at 2:00pm at the MMC located at 1277 Main Street Springfield, MA. Enter the building at the Box Office entrance on Bruce Landon Way.
The work includes fire alarm system upgrades (T24A) involving replacement of the existing system, and building management system upgrades (T26A) including a new front-end system, removal of all existing controllers and equipment associated with the antiquated head-end system.
