The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, machinery and tools required to complete the Work as described and specified in the Contract Documents, which includes the provision, installation, and warranty of surface mount rail truck lifts at the MBTA Cabot Maintenance Facility, with a minimum two-year labor and parts warranty and a five-year hydraulic cylinder warranty.
