The contractor shall supply trained labor, materials and equipment to safely and professionally remove high-risk trees and tree parts along the public way, including work around overhead utility lines by certified line clearers. Each crew must have an ISA or Massachusetts Certified Arborist present at all times to identify hazard trees or branches and complete a Tree Report for each take down or limb removal.
