The City of Quincy, on behalf of its Treasurer's Office and in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, is soliciting proposals from qualified "On Call Broker/Realtor Services", real estate firms or individual brokers to provide professional realtor services for the marketing and sale of municipal tax foreclosure properties who are state certified and/or licensed, for a range of real estate services related to residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant properties.
The selected realtor shall assist the City in establishing fair market values for foreclosure and surplus municipal properties, develop and execute marketing strategies to sell properties, list properties on MLS and other relevant platforms, host and manage open houses, site visits, and property tours, provide regular updates to the City regarding marketing efforts and buyer interest, negotiate offers on behalf of the City within parameters established by the City, provide advice regarding potential buyers, and coordinate with the City's legal and other applicable staff to ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and municipal procedures.
