The selected Management Contractor will provide services commencing October 1, 2026, for a term of five years, ending September 30, 2031, with possible extensions to 2034. The contractor will evaluate, oversee, and execute improvements to CCRTA's operations, including scheduling, safety, dispatching, maintenance, data, procurement, and customer communication. CCRTA directly reimburses employee payroll and fringe benefit costs and most vendor bills, so the contractor is not required to float payroll or operational expenses.
