The Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting Bidders for the acquisition of supplies, equipment and services required to operate a high-volume print shop
The contract allows the purchase of equipment, including but not limited to finishing equipment such as three-hole drill punches and shrink wrap equipment, offset supplies including finishing, accessories and peripheral equipment, wide format (used or refurbished), and envelope printers. It allows procurement of services, parts, and supplies for specialized equipment, and maintenance contracts for both new and legacy equipment. The contract does not allow the purchase of any new equipment available on any statewide contract, regular office equipment, moving services, electrical work, or services available from statewide Tradespersons contracts.
