EOHHS is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications from eligible, in-state Psychiatric Hospitals wishing to participate as MassHealth providers of Psychiatric Hospital Services as described in Attachment A, the Psychiatric Hospital Contract.
Pre-Bid Conference: The initial deadline for responses to this RFA is September 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and as specified in Section 7, RFA Timetable. Responses will be accepted after the initial deadline under the open enrollment process described in Section 6 of the RFA
