The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is soliciting Letters of Interest from parties interested in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package for this Design-Build Project
Pre-Bid Conference: The deadline for receipt of Letters of Interest is March 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon). All parties must send a Letter of Interest to MassDOTBIDDocuments@dot.state.ma.us.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the design and construction of two new bridges carrying Route 3 Northbound and Southbound over the North River between Norwell and Pembroke. The project also includes removal of the existing bridge structures, roadway reconstruction, highway drainage/stormwater improvements, traffic management, wetland restoration, landscaping, pavement markings and signage, Hazardous Materials Assessment and Remediation and all other related bridge and highway work.
